Garlic
has numerous health benefits in our day today life.

Garlic shows amazing effects on hairs.

Garlic contains high amount of allicin which helps in reducing hair loss.

·   Add
4-5 cloves of garlic in coconut oil or any other hair oil, boil it for 2
minutes Apply that oil to the scalp. Leave it for half an hour then wash your
hair with mild shampoo.

Rubbing  the garlic cloves on the scalp would also show the same results.

Acne:Garlic is a powerful anti-oxidant thus helps in treating acne. Rubbing garlic clove on the affected area will kill the bacteria. It will help you to get healthy skin.

 

Thyme ( Thymus Vulgaris)

Thyme has anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties and thus helps in relieving cough.

A thyme tea is beneficial for cold, cough and sore throat. It being

an anti-spasmodic it helps in reliving throat pain.

Cranberries are rich source of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. It is a rich source of Vitamin C. It helps you in achieving beautiful flawless skin

-Apply some Cranberry juice on cleansed face and leave it until it dries off.

Wash it off with water.

This will also help in clearing off the acne.

You can also use Cranberry juice in a face pack.

-Mix it with Yogurt or chickpeas flour. Leave it until it dries and then wash it off with cold water.

It also work as an natural astringent.
