Eating Healthy:

Green leafy vegetables-

Green leafy vegetables like spinach contain folate, which produces
dopamine, a pleasure-inducing brain chemical, helping you keep calm.

Yogurt-

Probiotics in yogurt reduced brain activity in areas that handle emotion, including stress.Including yogurt in your diet will help you combat stress.

Fish-

The omega-3 fatty acids in Fish  help counteract the negative effects of stress hormones. omega-3 fatty acids play a crucial role in brain function, normal growth and body development.

Eating dark chocolate can
help reduce anxiety and improve symptoms of clinical depression. Dark
chocolate contains phenylethylamine, a neuromodulator implicated in mood
regulation.
 

Green Tea:

Green tea is rich in antioxidants, therefore helps in reducing stress. It is also known that green tea have anti-inflammatory and anti-stress effects. It is found to have strong calming effects .

Avocado:

Avocado contains omega-3 fatty acids. 

These healthy essential acids are known to reduce stress and  boost concentration,
and improve mood.

Exercise

Exercising results in many health benefits, such as protecting against heart disease and diabetes, improving sleep, and lowering blood pressure.

Exercise release proteins called neurotrophic or growth factors, which cause nerve cells to grow and make new connections. The improvement in brain function makes you feel better.

It releasing endorphins in the brain, helps to relax the muscles and relieve tension in the body. Since the body and mind are so closely connected, when your body feels better so, too, will your mind.
